TRADE

We provide assistance on foreign trade transactions, including the definition of structures under taxation, customs, regulatory and currency exchange points of view. We also act in the procedures related to trade protection applied to foreign trade (antidumping).

We represent issuers and underwriters in public offering of securities, especially in Corporate Finance, Acquisition Finance and Receivables Securitization transactions.

We provide assistance in the organization of investment funds, including Receivables Investment Funds, Equity Investment Funds, Real Estate Investment Funds, among others, and we act on behalf of our clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission.

We represent companies, investment banks and private equity firms in transactions in the infrastructure, electricity, renewables (including projects in the sugar&ethanol industry), mining and oil&gas sectors, proving services in a wide array of transactions, including: M&A, debt and project finance, capital markets and joint ventures.
